Thoughts on gas masks

I really don't think I live where a biological, chemical, or nuclear attack is very likely....No one cares about my dirty dying little hometown enough to attack it. The steel mill is a decades-long chemical attack itself, snowing sulfur, soot, and steel dust for everyone to breathe in.

But due to the spreading nature of NBC events, it is better safe than sorry. I made a simple leather mask last year to cover my mouth and nose, with a replaceable charcoal/other minerals filter, and it does successfully prevent me from inhaling certain noxious fumes. This mask is just a prototype though. I don't want anything made from materials as toxic as the things I'm trying NOT to breath in, nor do I want a device that relies on oxygen tanks or anything else produced by modern labs or factories. I find it more efficient in the long-term to maintain and make my own gear from scratch.

If there was an intentional chemical attack near where I live, it would probably be be the government itself launching the attack. Not a terrorist with sarin or a North Korean nuke. Whether through martial law, media brainwashing, or quarantine during a disease outbreak, we might be sprayed with nerve gas pesticides or injected with a toxic experimental drug. The US government is already attacking Florida.

Zika is a deadly pandemic that causes brain damage in babies, right? Wrong! The Brazilian government itself admitted that there is no connection between birth defects and the zika virus; rather, a pesticide the Brazilian government requires in drinking water is known to cause both brain damage and other birth defects. Just like fluoride in our tap water.

Zika itself is milder than the flu. Even for babies, children, and pregnant women. But a new virus scare is a great way to push a new vaccine on the public, which creates more brain damage and other health issues. So the brainwashed public buys a new pill for each problem and the cycle keeps repeating itself. To kill the mosquitoes that spread Zika The Terrible, the US government is now spraying American cities with the same pesticide that shrinks babies' brains. A poison related chemically to nerve agents like sarin or VX.

The bees and mosquitoes might be the first to die, but our human children are next....
